My angle does not land on a standard pitch. Does that matter?
Not usually. Existing roofs settle and rarely measure a clean number. Round to the nearest half inch in twelve for material ordering, but use the exact angle for saw settings and cut layout.
What is the minimum angle for a tiled roof?
It depends entirely on the product. Concrete interlocking tiles start around 17.5 degrees, natural slate around 20 to 25 degrees, and plain clay tiles need 35 degrees. Always check the manufacturer specification.
